SAMUN Procedure is a MUN procedure tailored to the modern Saudi Model United Nations community. Not only does it address the wants and needs of Saudi Delegates, but it also stays relevant and adapts to changes in the community by having updated versions on a quarterly basis. Unlike other MUN procedures, SAMUN Procedure adapts by the input and feedback of Delegates and Chairs. All participants that have attended a SAMUN Procedure affiliated conference may submit feedback and suggestions to improve the procedure at a moment’s notice. 

SAMUN Procedure aims to develop skilled delegates in Saudi Arabia's MUN community, empowering students to address real-world issues with practical solutions. Just as we donate a percentage of our profits to the UNRWA program, we hope to see future leaders creating tangible change through their innovative approaches in global dialogue and diplomacy. Additionally, we want the world to recognize the excellence of Saudi delegates and their ability to lead with impact.

To license SAMUN Procedure, please schedule an appointment with us at info@samunprocedure.com in order to discuss the details of the license. After the details have been clarified, the school or organization may pay the licensing fee through bank transfer upon which they will receive an e-mail containing the SAMUN Procedure document. 

Yes. Licensing SAMUN Procedure for a conference comes with a licensing fee of 1,000 SAR. However, SAMUN Procedure uses 50% of its profits from each license fee to support and aid Palestinian Refugees through the UNRWA program.

After paying the licensing fee, the affiliate conference will receive the procedure document through e-mail. That email will include: the SAMUN Procedure Document, the licensing fee receipt, and proof of profit donation to UNRWA. After receiving the document the affiliate conference can distribute the document to the attendees of the conference. In addition, SAMUN Procedure offers orientation sessions for all Chairs attending said conference, if requested.
